A leading life sciences recruitment firm is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and manage strategic IT infrastructure projects. The role is remote, requires excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of IT environments. Candidates should have a relevant project management certification and experience in security frameworks. This position runs for 6 months with a workload of 3 days per week.

Tasks :

• Coordinate and manage progress of the following strategic projects :

DE-CSMed Database Migration to Group DC

SNL-CyberArk move to DUS

Security roadmap : Encrypt Data at rest (SQL & Oracle Group DC, KMS Azure Key Vault)

SEC - Group DC Golden Image (Linux, Windows) Management

Azure TLS replacement initiatives (Storage Account, Event Grid, Application Gateway, SQL DB)

Prepare and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Regularly track project health (scope, budget, risks, dependencies).

Prepare and deliver status reports to the Head of Core Infrastructure and executive stakeholders.

Facilitate cross-team meetings to resolve issues and align on priorities.

Identify and escalate project risks and blockers proactively.

Qualification :

Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT infrastructure or security projects.

Strong understanding of infrastructure environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently, while coordinating effectively with distributed teams.

PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Previous experience with database migrations, security frameworks, and cloud security initiatives.

Familiarity with reporting tools and agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
