You’ll collaborate with a diverse, global team across various business units and factories to facilitate smooth project execution. Your role involves coordinating local subcontractors and international factories to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and EHS regulations. You also work closely with finance and commercial teams to accurately report financial metrics, handle customer relationships for long-term satisfaction and growth, and proactively identify and address potential risks and opportunities to align with project objectives. • Project Delivery : Ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant delivery of transmission products while improving revenue and profit margins.
