It designs, installs, commissions, and maintains tailored water treatment solutions, with a focus on safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and environmental sustainability.

Lead and manage all site construction activities in line with project scope, schedule, and budget; Manage client project team interactions and communications; Oversee site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers; Ensure site safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards; Liaise with external stakeholders regarding permits, approvals, and compliance; Build relationships with teams, clients, and contractors; Monitor daily operations, resolve issues and delays, and manage risks; Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control; Oversee integration of mechanical, electrical, and water treatment system components; Collaborate with engineers on system integration and testing procedures; Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders, provide progress updates, and meet deadlines; Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate documentation; Act as the primary on-site contact for personnel, subcontractors, and clients; Ensure construction meets quality standards and certification requirements; Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations; Foster a safety culture, conduct safety audits, and ensure personnel are trained in safety protocols.
