Zusammenfassung

Black & White Engineering is seeking an on-site Resident Engineer based in Frankfurt to lead the installation, testing and commissioning of critical mechanical systems for data centres and similar high-performance facilities.

You will work closely with contractors, consultants and client teams throughout the construction lifecycle, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery while remaining hands-on and technically expert.

Qualifikationen

• Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience as Resident Engineer, Site Engineer, Clerk of Works, Site Representative or similar construction delivery role.
• Experience within Data Centres, Mission Critical, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Industrial or highly regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services systems including HVAC, chilled water, cooling infrastructure and associated plant.
• Experience monitoring installations, reviewing technical submittals, managing site issues and supporting commissioning activities.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, health & safety and construction best practice.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; German language skills would be advantageous.
