Job summary

SRG Elektronik GmbH in Nordrhein-Westfalen sucht einen verantwortungsbewussten Projektmanager im Vertrieb (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Sie entwickeln und betreuen Vertriebsprojekte von der ersten Beratung bis zur Umsetzung und bauen aktiv den bestehenden Kundenstamm aus.

Sie analysieren Marktchancen, beraten Kunden zu neuen Projekten und arbeiten eng mit Fachabteilungen zusammen, um Lösungen bis zur Fertigstellung zu realisieren.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Beruf.
• Idealerweise Erfahrung in Elektronik oder einem technischen Bereich.
• Verhandlungsgeschick und positive, empathische Art.
• Offen für persönliche Weiterentwicklung.
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Programmen; ERP-Kenntnisse.
• Motiviert, andere zu begeistern und Kunden zu gewinnen.
• Organisations talent; offen für neue Ideen.

Responsibilities

• Sie analysieren den Markt und identifizieren Verkaufschancen.
• Sie beraten unsere Kunden bei neuen Projekten und Anfragen.
• Zusammen mit den Fachabteilungen entwickeln Sie Lösungen bis zur Umsetzung der Projekte.
• Sie entwickeln und erweitern unseren bestehenden Kundenstamm.
• Sie sind die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Partnern/Kunden und SRG Elektronik.
• Jedes Projekt ist anders – Sie tragen Verantwortung für den Erfolg der Vertriebsprojekte.

• Completed training in a commercial or technical profession.
• Ideally experience in electronics or another technical field.

• Proficient in the use of common Office programs and experience in ERP systems.
• You are highly motivated and have the special ability to inspire people and win over customers.
• You have a talent for organization and are open to new ideas.
