Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of Photovoltaic Projects ranging from 10 to 100 MW in Germany for a prominent energy company. The initial project, a 50 MW installation, is scheduled for construction between 2024 and 2025.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate technical aspects with local PV and RPG Holding teams.
2. Lead tendering processes and negotiate contractor agreements.
3. Ensure projects meet quantitative and qualitative goals within established timelines and expected returns.
4. Manage team members, establish goals, and prioritize tasks.
5. Conduct frequent site visits, coordinating with Site Managers, Supervisors, and Contractors.
6. Communicate effectively across company departments.
7. Provide periodic reports to the Board as per company policy.

Qualifications:

1. Technical degree in relevant field.
2. Advanced understanding of legal and administrative processes.
3. Experience in tendering, negotiation, and contracting; familiarity with FIDIC contracts preferred.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
5. Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in project management.
6. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
