Project Manager - Generative AI & ChatCGM Integration (m / w / d)

We are seeking a proactive Internal Project Manager to lead the integration of generative AI and ChatCGM into our support systems and various business processes. The selected candidate will play a key role in improving operational efficiency and enhancing customer and employee experiences through the implementation of our advanced chat application.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and oversee a comprehensive project plan for deploying generative AI and ChatCGM across support, sales, HR, and other internal teams.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities using AI technology.
3. Coordinate with IT, product teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth integration and deployment of ChatCGM.
4. Track project progress, manage risks, and modify plans as needed to meet deadlines and goals.
5. Conduct training sessions and develop documentation to support internal adoption of ChatCGM.
6. Assess and report on the impact of AI and ChatCGM integration on business efficiency and staff performance.
7. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
2. Proven project management experience, especially in tech or AI projects within a corporate setting.
3. Strong knowledge of AI applications and their potential to transform business processes.
4. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
5. Experience with change management and promoting technology adoption.
6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
