Project Manager - Generative AI & ChatCGM Integration (m/w/d)

We are looking for a proactive Internal Project Manager to lead the integration of generative AI and ChatCGM into our internal support systems and a variety of business processes. The chosen candidate will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and elevating the customer and employee experience by implementing our state-of-the-art chat application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan to implement generative AI and ChatCGM across various internal teams, including support, sales, HR, and more.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization through AI technology.
• Coordinate with the IT department, product teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and deployment of ChatCGM.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to facilitate the adoption of ChatCGM by internal teams.
• Measure and report on the impact of generative AI and ChatCGM integration on business efficiency and employee performance.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in tech or AI-related projects within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of AI applications and their potential to transform business processes.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with change management and the ability to drive technology adoption.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
