Job Opening: Project Manager HR Payroll (m/w/d) in Frankfurt am Main

We are looking for an engaged Project Manager HR Payroll (m/w/d) to strengthen our HR team in the Frankfurt area. You will be responsible for leading projects related to the implementation of payroll and digital time tracking, as well as for the continuous development of our HR payroll processes in Germany.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate payroll/HR projects, managing payroll service providers and other service providers, especially regarding company pension schemes.
  • Serve as the central contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and social security matters.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of payroll processes and optimize our IT systems for more efficient solutions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop new solutions and enhance existing processes.
  • Analyze current workflows in payroll, identify potential process optimizations, and implement new procedures in compliance with legal and internal standards.
  • Take responsibility for documenting and reporting relevant payroll data and processes.
Your Profile:
  • Degree in Economics, HR, Labor Law, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in payroll or HR projects, preferably including collaboration with external service providers.
  • Solid knowledge of payroll, social security, and company pension schemes.
  • Good IT skills, especially regarding payroll software and system integration.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Organizational talent, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • High problem-solving skills and initiative in process and system development.
  • Enjoy working in a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
