Jobbeschreibung

Responsibilities:

Provides leadership to manage multiple new prototype development projects and new production launches using established Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) practices.

Leads cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and flawless production launches, utilizing ARAS and IPQC best practices.

Ensures compliance with regulations, procedures, customer requirements, and notified body requirements, maintaining proper documentation.

Measures, reports, and improves performance metrics (KPIs) related to product development and launch processes.

Assists in developing design, cost, and pricing standards to improve the quote process.

Develops manufacturing costs for customer or internal inquiries and creates new work center costs as needed.

Reviews and directs the “make or buy” decision process.

Adheres to company policies, safety, ergonomic standards, and maintains good housekeeping practices.
