Qualifikationen

Job Description

Nidec Industrial Solutions is established as a world leading integrator for battery storage systems and power quality. We manufacture electric power and control systems, electric motors and generators for various industries and provide turn-key engineering, manufacturing, installations, and commissioning. We make a decisive contribution to an increasingly electric, green, and sustainable energy market.

For our German location in Salzbergen, we are looking for a new member of our team: Project Manager (Grid Scale) Battery Storage Systems (m/w/d).

PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead and manage cross-functional teams on Battery Storage Projects to deliver commitments on schedule, under budget, and exceeding customer expectations.
2. Communicate and meet with customers through the life of each project.
3. Monitor, review, summarize, and communicate the contractual requirements, milestones, and criticalities to stakeholders.
4. Prepare and present reporting of progress and financials of your projects under management.
5. Manage risks and mitigation using NIS Project Management tools.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Education and Qualifications

1. You have a degree in engineering, Electrical or Electronic.
2. 3+ years direct experience in large scale project management (energy and/or industry).
3. Experience with Electrical, Controls, and Power Electronic applications will be a plus.
4. Working knowledge of IEC and NFPA codes.
5. Project management tools experience - MS Project Server, MS Projects, SharePoint, Power BI.

Languages

Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
