Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement.
  • Erfahrung in Rechnungswesen und Budgetmanagement von Vorteil.

To strengthen our Global Retail Management Team we are looking for a Project Manager Global Store Design (m/f/d).

We are open to speak about part-time options between 60 % - 80 %.

This Position is limited to 1 year because of a parental leave replacement.

What you can expect:

  1. Set-up format to oversee and monitor all current & running projects within the department to ensure consistent communication flow across all teams
  2. Act as key contact for all cross-functional teams and markets, coordinate and channel all project content requests
  3. Establish and moderate cross-functional project teams, meetings and workshops
  4. Participate and support in the development of processes and overarching procedures within the department in order to enhance efficiency
  5. Continuously prioritize projects and tasks in partnership with management
  6. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners


Your profile:

  1. Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant course
  2. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  3. Experience in accounting topics such as budget management and order processing is advantageous
  4. Background in Store & Window Design would be a benefit
  5. Experience and knowledge in project management and related software, tools and templates
  6. Ability to identify and manage new and uncertain situations with the support of the line manager
  7. Ability to present thoughts in a wider group of diverse expertise
  8. Fluent in English, spoken and written
