Overview

Project Manager – Global Automotive SaaS & Technology Provider (Germany)

€60,000 – €80,000 + 10% bonus + access to car schemes | Field-based with travel across Germany and some of Europe

If you’re a fluent German and English speaker with a knack for steering complex software delivery programmes, this one’s for you. You’ll be the go-to person for launching a mature, high-impact automotive platform into the German market – a flagship programme with serious visibility and weight behind it.

Expect influence, ownership, and challenge in equal measure. You’ll be on the ground with clients, leading delivery from start to adoption, supported by a sharp, cross-functional global team. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role where precision matters – and where your input will directly shape success in one of our most strategic regions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the end-to-end deployment of an automotive software solution across Germany.
• Acting as the primary contact for clients, partners, and OEMs – from onboarding through to go-live.
• Managing programme plans, risk logs, and stakeholder governance to keep everything on track.
• Ensuring local compliance, smooth cross-functional collaboration, and high customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Need to Bring

• Fluent German and English, written and spoken – essential.
• Significant project/programme management experience in automotive or SaaS, ideally both.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills in international, multilingual settings.
• Track record delivering software projects in Germany, preferably with OEM involvement.
