We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee a major new build Data Centre in Frankfurt, scheduled for multi-phase development over several years.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) packages on site
2. Manage project schedule in coordination with other trades and package leads
3. Ensure proper close-out of all project items, including O & M Manuals, Health & Safety Files, QA Files, with support from the CSA Package Manager
4. Other responsibilities as needed

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous experience on large-scale projects, preferably Data Centres
• Possesses a strong CSA background
• Is experienced in design and build projects
