Qualifikationen

• Gültiger Führerschein für Pkw und Bereitschaft zur Nutzung des privaten Fahrzeugs.

Description

We are looking for a motivated project manager for major projects (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Planning, managing, and executing construction, conversion, repair, and renovation measures, including energy-saving projects
• Assuming quality, schedule, and cost control for all ongoing projects
• Carrying out project-related special tasks and ensuring communication between the involved project groups
• Maintaining structured project documentation and creating regular status reports for operational management
• Assisting in the execution of procurement and tendering procedures
• Optimizing existing processes and maintaining technical documentation
• Adhering to and monitoring hygiene regulations in swimming pools, thermal baths, and springs

Qualifications

• A completed degree in engineering (minimum: University of Applied Sciences diploma/Bachelor's degree) that qualifies for the performance of the above-mentioned tasks, preferably in architecture or civil engineering
• Extensive professional experience in the construction sector, preferably with a focus on project management and in the area of swimming pool construction
• In-depth knowledge of project management
• A strong interest in the modernization of our facilities
• A structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
• A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
• Assertiveness and strong negotiation skills
• A valid driver's license for passenger cars and the willingness to use a private car for business trips (in exchange for mileage compensation)

Payment is in accordance with pay group 12 of the collective labour agreement for the public service (TVöD).
