You will have an impact on:

• Leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of integration projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources. From contract finalization, taking charge of planning the integration process, overseeing smooth transitions of apartment portfolios into our operations, and ensuring flawless handovers.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners—including acquisition, agency, finance, digital integration, operations, sellers, property owners, and landlords—to meet all integration requirements (legal, technical, logistical) aligned with strategic goals.
• Proactively identifying risks and bottlenecks affecting timelines or operations, developing mitigation strategies, and minimizing disruptions to property management.
• Developing and maintaining structured, standardized playbooks, checklists, and timelines.
• Ensuring each property meets compliance, operational, and brand standards before go-live.

What you will add to our Crew:

• Proven experience in project or operations management with cross-functional coordination.
• A structured, detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and drive alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, integration methodologies, and property management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
