Qualifikationen

Your duties

• You accompany the top management of OEM’s or suppliers in the development of CTO related strategies, concepts and implementation of future-oriented solutions
• You work closely with themanagement of national and international consulting projects on strategic issues in the automotive industry
• You tackle topics such as corporate architecture, product & technology structure, R&D operating model (processes and organizational structure)

Your Profile

• You have an excellent degree in engineering
• You have at least 5+ years of professional experience at a leading automotive OEM / supplier or in a renowned strategy consultancy with a focus on CTO business or R&D business unit
• You have in-depth knowledge about strategy development, organizational transformation, R&D operating model, OEM tech stack
• You tackle challenges with enthusiasm and have a talent for thinking outside the box
• You have the ability to take on responsibility in a world-class team of management consultants
• You are fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
