Tasks
- Key and super user in SAP for financial processes and central point of contact for SAP questions in the financial environment
- Documentation and updating of financial processes, including coordination with relevant departments
- Project management of finance projects, in particular for new SAP developments and system adaptations
- Coordination and implementation of SAP tests in the finance area and creation of test cases
- Taking immediate action in the event of errors in SAP and financial processes to ensure process stability
- Advising specialist departments and companies on all issues relating to financial processes and SAP usage
- Setting up and evaluating internal controls (manual & automated) to strengthen compliance
- Active participation in the process owner community to ensure robust end-to-end processes
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or international management
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, IT / information systems, project management and process planning
- Good knowledge of lean management
- Sound knowledge of SAP, especially SAP-FI (Finance) and very good knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent in German and English (at least C1); French an advantage
- Willingness to travel (5 to 6 business trips per year)
- Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
