Project Manager - Facilities

Job Description:

Our client, a leading company specialized in facility installations and management solutions in Spain, Germany, and other regions, is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to join their team in Frankfurt, Germany. The Project Manager will oversee facility projects from inception to completion, managing site meetings, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications. The role requires a strong background in project management within the facility or construction industry, with responsibilities including compliance, cost control, documentation, and team coordination.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, proficiency in technical specifications, and fluency in English (minimum B2) and German. Residency in Germany is required.

Responsibilities:

• Initial site and layout meetings with Site Manager and clients.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, milestones, and delivery dates.
• Manage subcontracted companies and project resources.
• Expand maintenance contract sales and propose cost-saving measures.
• Request and manage project documentation, materials, and resources.
• Control project costs, quality, and schedule deviations.
• Update work status weekly in Navision and coordinate using web tools.
• Compile final project documentation and facilitate delivery to clients.
• Monitor multiple works and teams simultaneously.
• Analyze maintenance and project delivery feedback for improvements.
• Handle onsite incidents, client meetings, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience interpreting technical specs, plans, and measurement tables.
• Proficiency in Office, AutoCAD, Presto, MS Visio, BIM, and MS Project.
• Advanced English (minimum B2) and proficiency in German.
• Resident in Germany.
• 5-7 years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Support experience in project sales.
