Job Description:
- You will independently manage the planning, coordination, and implementation of mobile robot fleets for our customers.
- You will be the central point of contact for our customers, external service providers, and internal teams for your projects.
- You specify new intralogistics processes with all partners and ensure seamless integration of our products into existing process landscapes.
- You monitor schedules, milestones, and risks, ensuring all services are delivered on time.
- You are the expert in project management for integrating our products into customer IT landscapes.
- You create and maintain IT requirements specifications and discuss them with customers across projects.
- You guide products through customer IT approval processes.
- You coordinate deviation requests related to IT integration to create sustainable solutions.
- You act as the internal link between project management, product management, and development, keeping colleagues informed.
Requirements
- Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in IT security, networks, cloud technologies, or remote access projects.
- A degree in (business) informatics or computer science is typical, but career changers are welcome.
- High affinity for IT with a good sense of material and information flows in intralogistics.
- Structured approach, inspiring ability, and strong assertiveness.
- Hands-on mentality with a desire for continuous development.
- Proficiency in German and English at a business fluent level.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% nationally and internationally.
