Job Description:

• You will independently manage the planning, coordination, and implementation of mobile robot fleets for our customers.
• You will be the central point of contact for our customers, external service providers, and internal teams for your projects.
• You specify new intralogistics processes with all partners and ensure seamless integration of our products into existing process landscapes.
• You monitor schedules, milestones, and risks, ensuring all services are delivered on time.
• You are the expert in project management for integrating our products into customer IT landscapes.
• You create and maintain IT requirements specifications and discuss them with customers across projects.
• You guide products through customer IT approval processes.
• You coordinate deviation requests related to IT integration to create sustainable solutions.
• You act as the internal link between project management, product management, and development, keeping colleagues informed.

Requirements

• Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in IT security, networks, cloud technologies, or remote access projects.
• A degree in (business) informatics or computer science is typical, but career changers are welcome.
• High affinity for IT with a good sense of material and information flows in intralogistics.
• Structured approach, inspiring ability, and strong assertiveness.
• Hands-on mentality with a desire for continuous development.
• Proficiency in German and English at a business fluent level.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% nationally and internationally.
