Your Future Role

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a motivated and experienced Strategic Co-Innovation Manager (f/m/d) with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our Strategic Co-Innovation Partnerships team.In this key role, you will shape complex projects with strategic partners and significantlydrive SAPs innovation agendaforward.

What you'll do:

• Assist in developing and implementing project plans and monitor ambitious timelinesfor an executive leadership audience.
• Support cross-functional and cross-organizational project teams to ensure effective collaboration among all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain clear communication with senior stakeholdersincl. Board Membersto provide transparent project updates.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and team members to achieve aligned project objectives.
• Support internal governance structures to ensure the success of complex partner relationships, including but not limited to those with hyperscalers.
• Assist in partner negotiations, from initial scoping through contract signing andproject set-up.

What you bring:

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with geographically distributed teams across diverse level of stakeholder seniority / expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English andGerman.
• Experience working closely with senior management.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, striving for excellence with a flexible and agile approach.
• Initial project management experience with a strong focus on driving outcomes.
• Ability to effectively synthesize diverse perspectives towards achieving common goals.
• Basic understanding of SAP’s engineering organizations and relationships with hyperscalers.

Saueressig, is at the forefront of SAP’s future, collaborating with key partners including leading hyperscalers.We coordinate senior management engagements and implement board-initiated strategic programs, all with a clear focus on success and innovation.We are small, quite new, low-ego, but ambitious team with strong leadership.
