Zusammenfassung

NovaTaste sucht am Standort Freilassing einen erfahrenen Project Manager (f/m/d) zur Leitung von Investitions-, Verbesserungs- und Transformationsprojekten in einem global tätigen Unternehmen.

Sie etablieren das lokale PMO, steuern das Projektportfolio, berichten regelmäßig über Status, Einsparungen und Investitionen und führen ein standardisiertes PM-Framework im Werk ein. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Lean-Methoden-Kenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement in Fertigung oder regulierten Umgebungen.
• Erfahrung mit Investitions-, Transformations- und Optimierungsprojekten.
• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse moderner PM-Methoden.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für Investitions-, Verbesserungs-, Standort- und Transformationsprojekte
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des lokalen PMO in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Anlagenmanagement
• Leitung des lokalen Projektportfolios inkl. Priorisierung, Pipeline-Management und Statusberichterstattung
• Globales Reporting zu Investitionen, Verbesserungsprojekten und Einsparungen
• Implementierung und Pflege eines standardisierten Projektmanagement-Frameworks im gesamten Werk

Tasks

• Responsibility for all investment, improvement, site, and transformation projects
• Establishment and further development of the local PMO in collaboration with plant management
• Management of the local project portfolio, including prioritization, pipeline management, and status reporting
• Global reporting on investments, improvement projects, and savings
• Implementation and maintenance of a standardized project management framework for all areas within the plant

Skills

• Several years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or regulated environment
• Experience in investment, transformation, and optimization projects
• Solid knowledge of modern project management methods
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of Lean Management methods, e.g., Kaizen and 5S
• Strong communication and facilitation skills at all organizational levels
• High ability to work in a team and manage conflicts, along with a professional approach to resistance
• Confident demeanor, especially in complex or high‑pressure situations
• Hands‑on mentality and pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset
• Passion for progress, transparency, and continuous improvement
