Tasks

Responsibility for all investment, improvement, site, and transformation projects.

Establishment and further development of the local PMO in collaboration with plant management.

Management of the local project portfolio, including prioritization, pipeline management, and status reporting.

Global reporting on investments, improvement projects, and savings.

Implementation and maintenance of a standardized project management framework for all areas within the plant.

Skills

Several years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or regulated environment.

Experience in investment, transformation, and optimization projects.

Solid knowledge of modern project management methods.

Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

Strong knowledge of Lean Management methods, e.g., Kaizen and 5S.

Strong communication and facilitation skills at all organizational levels.

High ability to work in a team and manage conflicts, along with a professional approach to resistance.

Confident demeanor, especially in complex or high‑pressure situations.

Hands‑on mentality and pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset.
