Job summary

NovaTaste Austria GmbH, a global leader in taste innovation, seeks a senior Project Manager to lead investment, improvement, site and transformation initiatives in our Freilassing operations. You will shape the PMO and partner with plant management to drive value.

You will manage the local project portfolio, report on investments and savings, and implement a standardized PM framework across the plant, leveraging Lean methods like Kaizen and 5S.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Experience in investment, transformation, and optimization projects.
• Solid knowledge of modern project management methods.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Management methods, e.g., Kaizen and 5S.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills at all organizational levels.
• High ability to work in a team and manage conflicts, with a professional approach to resistance.
• Confident demeanor, especially in complex or high‑pressure situations.
• Hands‑on mentality and pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Passion for progress, transparency, and continuous improvement.
