Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery across multiple teams and disciplines—from project initiation to successful shipment of “Engineer to Order” projects
- Define project scope, key milestones, required resources, and success criteria; develop realistic timelines and ensure continuous stakeholder alignment
- Collaborate closely with engineering leads to fully understand product scope, technical dependencies, and potential risks
- Proactively clarify unforeseen technical requirements, ensuring teams remain focused and productive
- Identify and mitigate project risks before they escalate into issues; communicate and escalate with foresight and professionalism when necessary
- Effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders—from technical teams to demanding customers—with clarity, transparency, and strategic intent
- Continuously seek to improve delivery speed, process efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration
- Promote a culture of ownership, trust, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management within dynamic, fast-paced technology environments
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and modern manufacturing technologies
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical projects on time and within scope
- High proficiency in efficient technical clarification across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of navigating ambiguity and creating structure in complex environments
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German, written and spoken; able to adapt communication to technical and non-technical audiences alike
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent platforms
- Willingness to travel internationally
