Project Manager: Energy Transition Services (m / f / n)

As part of our cross-functional team, you'll contribute to the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions that accelerate the energy transition. Your key roles will be:
- You monitor and analyze emerging trends and developments in the energy market to identify new business opportunities.
- You support the development of cutting-edge products and services in the field of energy transition (photovoltaics, electromobility, energy efficiency, energy management, etc.), with exposure to different markets and operational models across our Group.
- You contribute to building technical, operational, and financial frameworks, including preparing business cases to support product deployment and long-term growth.
- You actively collaborate with all Group companies to develop and implement new products and gain hands-on experience with international and cross-functional initiatives.
- You effectively identify, evaluate, and establish external partnerships throughout the energy value chain to build smart alliances.
- You support the operational implementation of products—customer interfaces, billing processes, and more—working directly with local business units.
- You analyze performance and sales data for new products, helping steer strategic decisions with real-time insights.
- You drive product evolution through constant feedback loops, market analysis, and customer insights to stay ahead of the curve.
- You prepare insightful reports and presentations that guide management and help shape the future of our energy transition initiatives.
Your profile
- You have a master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Engineering.
- You have a maximum of 5 years of work experience in a similar function.
- You show a high level of initiative, engagement, and proactivity regarding project management.
- You have a strong analytical mindset, combined with an autonomous and organized work attitude.
- You are result- and team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French, and German (Luxembourgish is an asset).
- A strong interest in the energy sector will be considered an asset.
