Project Manager: Energy Transition Services (m / f / n)

Department: Energy Transition Services | Location: Cloche d’Or | Contract: Permanent | Job Requisition N°: 19601

As part of our cross-functional team, you'll contribute to the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions that accelerate the energy transition. Your key roles will be:

  1. You monitor and analyze emerging trends and developments in the energy market to identify new business opportunities.
  2. You support the development of cutting-edge products and services in the field of energy transition (photovoltaics, electromobility, energy efficiency, energy management, etc.), with exposure to different markets and operational models across our Group.
  3. You contribute to building technical, operational, and financial frameworks, including preparing business cases to support product deployment and long-term growth.
  4. You actively collaborate with all Group companies to develop and implement new products and gain hands-on experience with international and cross-functional initiatives.
  5. You effectively identify, evaluate, and establish external partnerships throughout the energy value chain to build smart alliances.
  6. You support the operational implementation of products—customer interfaces, billing processes, and more—working directly with local business units.
  7. You analyze performance and sales data for new products, helping steer strategic decisions with real-time insights.
  8. You drive product evolution through constant feedback loops, market analysis, and customer insights to stay ahead of the curve.
  9. You prepare insightful reports and presentations that guide management and help shape the future of our energy transition initiatives.

Your profile

  1. You have a master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Engineering.
  2. You have a maximum of 5 years of work experience in a similar function.
  3. You show a high level of initiative, engagement, and proactivity regarding project management.
  4. You have a strong analytical mindset, combined with an autonomous and organized work attitude.
  5. You are result- and team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. You possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French, and German (Luxembourgish is an asset).
  7. A strong interest in the energy sector will be considered an asset.
