Your tasks

We are looking for a Project Manager for Employment Conditions & Working Culture (m/f/d) at our Head Office in Essen.

  • You strategically design and roll out initiatives to drive culture change within DB Schenker.
  • You lead global projects to improve and adapt employment conditions, positioning DB Schenker as an employer who genuinely cares for employee wellbeing.
  • You design, plan, and orchestrate global Leadership & Talent Development solutions to support leaders across hierarchy levels in managing change.
  • You manage projects to advance DB Schenker's diversity, equity, & inclusion ambitions.
  • You support large change and culture initiatives within global P&O.
Requirements

Your profile:

  • You bring several years of operational and/or strategic HR experience, ideally in People Development and/or Change Management.
  • You have proven experience in leading global projects, preferably within P&O.
  • You are an innovative and creative thinker with project and change management experience to meet current and future needs.
  • You possess a strong customer focus and business acumen, with a proven track record of developing and implementing end-to-end solutions in and outside HR.
  • You have excellent strategic and analytical skills, adaptability to new circumstances, and are an excellent communicator and collaborator.
