We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Europe, to support and lead projects across the region, especially in the DACH region, i.e. German speaking countries.

We offer hybrid work arrangements combining working from home with a secondary office location in our Munich or Frankfurt office.

We will rely on you to:

  • Lead the planning and execution of our client projects either as stand-alone projects, or part of wider programmes from inception to completion;
  • An ability to define, maintain and report on project metrics including scope, risk and project plans for both internal and client stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Contribute to standardising processes aimed at maximising utilisation and risk reduction on project delivery;
  • Clearly articulate requirements needed for delivery, share the importance of project deadlines and explain technical solutions along with best practice relevant for each client;
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

What you need to have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in survey related research acquired either through a research or consultancy related environment;
  • A relevant university degree (i.e. Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or other) and/or have relevant industry experience;
  • Holding a project management qualification would be a definite plus (PMP, PRINCE 2, Agile);
  • Proficiency with using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential. Fluency in other European languages (i.e. French, Italian, Spanish) would be a bonus.
