• Entwicklung von Schlüsselkunden im medizinischen Technologiesektor.
• Durchführung technischer Beratungen und Verwaltung des gesamten Verkaufszyklus.
• Analyse von Markttrends zur Gestaltung von Verkaufsstrategien.

About the Role

As Sales Technician, youll drive consultative technical sales and market strategy for the medical segment, collaborating cross-functionally with development, quality, and finance. Youll engage with key clients, lead solution-based discussions, and act as a strategic partner, helping shape product direction based on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Acquire and develop key medical tech accounts across Germany and Switzerland
• Provide technical consultations and manage offers through the full sales cycle
• Analyse market trends and shape medium- to long-term sales strategies
• Represent the company at trade fairs and events
• Work primarily from HQ in Stuttgart with approx. 20% travel

About You

• Experience in technical B2B sales , ideally in medical tech
• Technical background (e.g., Electrical Engineering); commercial add-on a plus
• Deep understanding of automation, regulation, control, or cooling technologies
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
• Youre independent, customer-centric, and ready to lead high-stakes conversations
