Project Manager / Director - Germany, Frankfurt - Permanent Contract

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Director to join their expanding Data Center project team. The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of all information related to specific data center projects. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the implementation of information management and design standards, ensuring successful delivery at each stage.

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will oversee the entire life cycle of the construction process, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• You’ll manage high-level planning, coordination, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• This role involves mitigating risks, monitoring progress, and making critical decisions to resolve issues that arise during the build.
• The Project Manager also liaises with clients and ensures alignment with the overarching business objectives, maintaining a focus on operational readiness and sustainability.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in project management, with a focus in data center projects
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership, decision making, and team-building skills
• Experience in the German market with a successful project delivery track record
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
