As a Project Manager Digitalization& Production, you will optimize the efficiency of the A320 Final Assembly Lines and drive digital innovations.
With your focus on process improvements and sustainable IT solutions, you will ensure the seamless introduction of new tools and strengthen collaboration in interdisciplinary teams. Your work brings measurable added value and sets new standards in the production of our customer Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg.
The gross annual salary is between € 73,000 and a maximum of € 75,900, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks
- Co-responsible for performance and monitoring of Process, Method, Tools & Data (PMTD) in the organizational unit Production System Efficiency & Digitalization for the Final Assembly Lines (FALs) of the A320 family
- Contact person for the Standard Line Balancing (SLB) community for the development and promotion of process competencies on all A320 FALs
- Monitoring the maturity level of process planning, identifying improvement potentials and initiating corresponding optimization projects
- Ensure compliance of new solutions with business requirements, focus on process efficiency, sustainability and IT complexity reduction
- Co-design of business requirements, coordination of business representatives per FAL and involvement in validation and decision-making processes
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive rollout strategy and governance structure for the A320 final assembly lines
- Ensuring user acceptance, operational usability and measurable added value through structured validation and stakeholder involvement
- Organizing and conducting milestone review meetings, regular reporting to stakeholders at all levels
- Leading interdisciplinary teams to successfully introduce the tool, including coaching, change management and synergy generation
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical studies or industrial engineering
- Several years of professional experience in production planning and control as well as process improvement
- Basic knowledge of project management and experience in digital/IT project management
- Very good knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent in German and English (at least C1), French an advantage
- Willingness to travel for occasional business trips
- Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
- Curriculum vitae in English required
