Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Design Team Manager to lead a squad of 10+ designers and oversee a portfolio of 100+ clients. You will assign tasks, balance workloads, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards and clear client communication.

You will drive performance reviews, onboarding training, and feedback culture, working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Proactive problem solving and fluency in English are essential.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of graphic and/or web design.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
• Experience with Slack, Asana, and Notion
• Working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Confident, direct communication and ability to deliver hard feedback constructively
• Fast learner who treats change as normal
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Available to work US Eastern Time, 9 AM to 6 PM, without exception

• Step in via chat, email, or video call to manage complex client relationships and keep projects on track
