Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Continuously improving end-to-end data quality processes and coordinating related requirements
- Assuming responsibility for the planning, implementation and monitoring of IT projects to ensure that goals are achieved on time and the highest quality standards are maintained
- Promoting effective communication within the team as well as supporting stakeholders in order to deliver innovative solutions and maximise business value
- Managing the successful implementation of reports and KPIs in collaboration with the product teams
- Developing and introducing data quality standards, guidelines and best practices in coordination with stakeholders, taking into account our corporate goals and compliance requirements
- Coordinating and designing solutions for data quality monitoring, including data profiling and automatic validation
- Collaborating closely with data engineers and data scientists to integrate data quality measures into analytical processes
- Implementing data governance processes within the Customer Interaction (CI) organisation
Your ProfileWhat you bring with you.- Practical experience in the areas of data management, data quality management and reporting
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, information technology or a similar field
- Good understanding of data models as well as practical knowledge regarding the interplay between analytical aspects and fundamental processes in retail
- Project management skills to drive data quality initiatives while, at the same time, managing other activities
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to convey complex concepts to stakeholders and managerial staff from a non-technical background
- High intrinsic motivation to stay up-to-date about new technologies and best practices in the areas of data quality, AI and reporting frameworks
- Independent, analytical and conceptual work approach, persuasiveness and intercultural communication skills
- Very good English language skills
