About the role:

Want to make a real impact with data? In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the further development of our retail media business - with smart concepts, strategic thinking and a clear vision. As part of the Data & Insights team, you will take on technical responsibility for central projects and drive our analytics initiatives forward with passion.

You can work remote from Germany but we would like to see you in the office in Cologne once per month.

Job Description

About Your Tasks:

• Lead data-based projects: From requirements clarification and prioritization to implementation in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify business needs and translate them into analytical requirements, data structures and recommendations for action
• Develop and implement frameworks for measuring media performance - e.g. attribution, uplift, engagement
• Further expand the reporting infrastructure to ensure uniform international standards
• Document clearly and comprehensibly and create clarity even in complex situations

About You:

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
• You have several years of experience in data-driven projects - ideally in the media, marketing or retail environment
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to critically assess processes
• You have a good technical understanding and are familiar with Power BI, DAX, Jira or data modeling, for example
• Passion for AI tools and automation technologies.
• You communicate clearly and involve different stakeholders strategically and operationally
• Fluent in English and German
