• A degree in civil engineering, technical building services, or a related field, along with extensive professional experience in project management
• Experience in handling large-scale projects within the data center sector
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to structure processes, with an agile working approach
• Strong English skills, both spoken and written; negotiation level
• Independent and systematic working style, along with negotiation skills and a strong sense of teamwork
