As part of the Insights and Data (I&D) Delivery Management practice, which specializes in data and information-led projects and programs, your role will involve managing client engagements and overseeing projects end-to-end under various pricing models.

The Opportunity:

You will serve as the Engagement Manager (Project Manager), leading various client data & AI projects and identifying new business opportunities.

• Define a project plan acceptable to the client within project constraints.
• Build a resource profile aligned with the project plan, including on-shore and off-shore resources.
• Manage daily project activities, ensuring risks, issues, and dependencies are properly recorded, escalated, and reported.
• Coordinate on-shore and off-shore teams to work towards common goals.
• Prepare and present project status reports, including financials, at monthly internal reviews.
• Manage a large team of resources (up to 50 people).
• Maintain a good understanding of commercial management, including project financials, both internally and externally.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Experience managing project teams across multiple locations, both onshore and offshore.
• Comfortable managing technical resources, understanding technical issues, and guiding teams to resolve them.
• Experience with projects such as data warehouse, data analysis, master data management, data science, data migration, and reporting.
• Familiar with delivering projects using structured and agile methodologies, with a preference for those with Scrum Master experience.
• Proven ability to lead major pursuits resulting in new or additional business.
• Recognized internally and by clients for effective relationship and commercial management in complex delivery and sales environments.
• Fluent in German (C1 level or above).
