YOUR TASKS
- As a technical contact person, you will be responsible for our customer service providers and manage international service providers.
- You will independently handle projects to enhance the customer experience.
- You enjoy being the interface between service providers and internal departments.
- You will conduct analyses, create reports on relevant call center metrics, and be responsible for volume planning.
- You have an interest in data protection, quality analyses, and fraud topics.
- You will continuously optimize systems and processes to reduce lead times and costs.
- You analyze the reasons for customer contact in customer service and develop customer-friendly solutions.
YOUR PROFILE
- You possess the ability and interest to familiarize yourself with processes and technical systems in customer service.
- You have experience in managing service providers, ideally in customer service.
- Customer focus, quality, and a service-oriented mindset are central to your daily work.
- You excel at analysis, have a strong numerical understanding, and excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite.
- An independent and structured approach to work is natural for you.
- You communicate fluently in both German and English.
- A successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification completes your profile.
