in shaping the future of our customer engagement.

As a Project Manager CRM & Loyalty (m/f/d) , you will be instrumental in driving the strategic development and operational execution of our loyalty program, homeCLUB, and
optimizing our CRM initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally to enhance the customer journey, from lead generation to long-term loyalty, ensuring our efforts are data-driven
and customer-centric.

Your responsibilities

  • Loyalty Program Development & Optimization: Research, concept, and execute new benefits, rewards, and features for the homeCLUB loyalty program, working closely with the team. You'll support refining its value proposition and ensuring seamless operational implementation
  • CRM Project Leadership: Drive complex loyalty projects from kick-off to completion, including project controlling and stakeholder management
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Support the development of member insights by analyzing customer engagement, feedback, and campaign performance data. You'll analyze relevant KPIs, create reports, and identify optimization needs and hypotheses for A/B testing
  • Lead Generation Strategy: Implement and drive our lead generation strategy, continuously validating hypotheses through testing and performance analysis
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key interface, fostering strong collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer experience and optimize loyalty touchpoints
  • Communication & Coordination: Coordinate loyalty-exclusive communication and activities across multiple customer segments (e.g., Newsletter, Mobile, Socials, Webshop, Loyalty Program touchpoints) ensuring alignment with program goals
  • Innovation & Strategy Contribution: Actively contribute to the development of new ideas and strategies that foster exceptional customer experiences and loyalty

Your profile

  • You have an academic degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field
  • You have gained professional experience in CRM, ideally in the field of e-commerce
    Experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a CRM or Marketing context
  • Experience in the development or management of a loyalty program is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    Analytical mindset with a strong ability to work with data, analyze KPIs, generate insights, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Strong independent and proactive mindset with the ability to take full ownership and drive initiatives from idea to execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences
  • Proficiency in project management tools and strong organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and German language skills are a plus
