A leading company in online classifieds is seeking a skilled Project Manager CRM for a 1-Year fixed term contract in Berlin. You will manage significant CRM projects, ensuring targets and budgets are met while fostering collaboration with IT and business departments. For our team in Berlin, we are looking for an experienced CRM Project Manager (d/f/m). Our agile team is focused on the CRM advertising solutions and processes. If you’re passionate about creating new user-friendly tools with highly automated processes, you will play an important role by managing and implementing complex and central CRM projects and ensure that project targets, budgets and schedules are met.
This is a fixed-term contract and a hybrid role, reporting directly to your Head of Business Operations. Our office is based in Berlin-Charlottenburg.
What you'll do:
You take over the management and independent implementation of main and subprojects with a focus on the Self-Service Contract Management in our CRM system
You select the appropriate project structure and clarify all details with the business owner and project participants
You plan and manage projects from the initial requirements to successful completion and ensure a seamless handover to day-to-day operations
You coordinate the resources in the project, including budget tracking and capacity planning
You work closely with the IT departments, create and coordinate concepts and accompany the implementation in the IT systems until the practical launch
You are responsible for communication within the project, create status reports and organize information events
You work actively with the specialist departments to further develop internal processes and create specialist concepts
You are responsible for process design, process documentation, user trainings and user manuals
You work closely with colleagues from the specialist departments and IT and are the central point of contact for defined internal customers of individual country organizations or cross-functionally in the sales, service and marketing areas.
You moderate and lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions and decisions.
Who you are:
You have a degree in business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience.
You have 5+ years of professional experience in project management in an international context, ideally in the CRM sector.
You have sound knowledge of process management and business analysis and have experience in managing harmonization projects and moderating workshops.
You have a technical understanding of relational databases and the ability to evaluate requirements in a technical CRM environment and translate them into solutions.
You have a strong ability to take decisions in complex project situations and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
You work in a proactive, structured and solution-oriented manner and are a team player with a high degree of initiative.
You have an analytical and solution-oriented mindset, an understanding of service and a high level of motivation
You are business fluent in written and spoken English and preferably German.
