Job Description:

Location: Germany / Bayreuth

Responsibilities:

• Develop schedules, milestones, and overviews for corporate architecture projects (office, exhibition, retail, events).
• Manage various areas of project planning and development processes.
• Oversee corporate architecture projects from kick-off through design, technical drawings, to on-site coordination.
• Plan internal and external events, including timeline, budget, event setup, and on-site coordination.
• Develop guidelines, toolboxes, and reporting mechanisms.
• Further develop strategic processes of corporate architecture projects.
• Ensure effective communication within and between departments and functions.

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in International Business, Corporate Development, or a related field (advantageous).
• 3-5 years of professional experience in planning or management roles.
• Industry and management certificates (advantageous).
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask across projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating objectives across departments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with suppliers, colleagues, and customers.
