Project Manager Corporate Architecture (m/f/d)

Area of Responsibilities:

1. Develop schedules, milestones, and project overviews for corporate architecture projects (office, exhibition, retail, events).
2. Manage the planning and development processes across various project areas.
3. Oversee projects from kick-off through design and technical drawings, ensuring on-time completion.
4. Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including timelines, budgets, and on-site logistics.
5. Develop guidelines, toolboxes, reporting structures, and continuously improve strategic processes to support efficient project delivery.
6. Ensure smooth communication within and between departments to keep projects on track.

Profile of Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in International Business, Corporate Development, or a related field is advantageous.
2. 3-5 years of professional experience in project planning or management.
3. Industry-related certificates and management training are a plus.
4. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
5. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
6. A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and coordinate project goals across teams.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers, colleagues, and clients.
