House Buyers of America is looking for a Field Manager responsible for project management of home renovations. This role oversees 3-6 projects per month, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring timely completion.

Location: Must reside in Maryland as travel to various job sites across the greater Maryland area is required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and complete 3-6 projects monthly within set timelines
• Recruit and manage contracts with contractors and subcontractors
• Work to complete projects under budget and streamline processes
• Manage project timelines and respond to inspections
• Deliver equipment to sites as needed
• Conduct final inspections and document property conditions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in real estate, home building, renovations, or insurance restoration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer skills
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
