Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Act as a strategic partner and driver for communication topics during the proposal and campaign phases, serving as the Main contact for sales and project departments.
2. Advise internal departments and leadership, developing tailored communication strategies, roadmaps, and measures, considering best practices and corporate/design guidelines.
3. Write and design media-appropriate texts, images, and videos for press, web, print, social media, and develop internal and external communication tools/channels.
4. Create presentations, reports, and decision templates, managing external service providers.
5. Participate in planning and executing various events.
6. Responsible for controlling and monitoring the success of communication measures.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed university studies (preferably in marketing/media/communication) or an equivalent vocational qualification with relevant experience.
• Extensive professional experience in marketing and/or communication, preferably in an industrial company.
• Strong strategic and conceptual skills with proven ability in project and measure management.
• Enjoy networking and the ability to quickly understand complex topics and tailor them to target audiences.
• Show commitment, take own responsibility, and work reliably and goal-oriented.
• Excellent knowledge of German and English, spoken and written.
