Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner and catalyst for communication topics during the proposal and campaign phases, acting as Main contact for sales and project departments.
- Advise internal departments and leadership, developing tailored communication strategies, roadmaps, and measures, considering best practices and corporate/design standards.
- Draft and create media-appropriate texts, images, and videos for press, web, print, social media, and develop internal and external communication tools/channels.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and decision templates, and manage the selection and coordination of external service providers.
- Assist in planning and executing various events.
- Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of the success of your communication measures.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree (preferably in Marketing/Media/Communication) or an equivalent vocational qualification with relevant experience.
- Profound professional experience in marketing and/or communication, preferably in an industrial company.
- Strong strategic and conceptual skills and proven ability to implement projects and measures effectively.
- Enjoy networking and have the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and prepare them appropriately for target audiences.
- Show commitment, take own responsibility, and work reliably and goal-oriented.
- Excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written.
