Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Serve as a strategic partner and catalyst for communication topics during the proposal and campaign phases, acting as Main contact for sales and project departments.
2. Advise internal departments and leadership, developing tailored communication strategies, roadmaps, and measures, considering best practices and corporate/design standards.
3. Draft and create media-appropriate texts, images, and videos for press, web, print, social media, and develop internal and external communication tools/channels.
4. Prepare presentations, reports, and decision templates, and manage the selection and coordination of external service providers.
5. Assist in planning and executing various events.
6. Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of the success of your communication measures.

Qualifications

1. Successfully completed university degree (preferably in Marketing/Media/Communication) or an equivalent vocational qualification with relevant experience.
2. Profound professional experience in marketing and/or communication, preferably in an industrial company.
3. Strong strategic and conceptual skills and proven ability to implement projects and measures effectively.
4. Enjoy networking and have the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and prepare them appropriately for target audiences.
5. Show commitment, take own responsibility, and work reliably and goal-oriented.
6. Excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written.
