As Project Manager Cabin Construction A350 at our client Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you will manage projects independently and with a clear focus on achieving targets. The gross annual salary is between € 87,400 and max. € 90,500, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU.

Tasks

• Development of cross-project team planning principles that form a common basis for all team members
• Supporting the teams in updating the planning on a regular and timely basis
• Coordinate project planning with available resources within the department
• Defining operational KPIs together with subcontractors to ensure performance
• Conduct monthly performance meetings with subcontractors to ensure quality and performance standards
• Supporting the team with project management skills in various areas

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in project management, engineering, business administration or a comparable technical degree
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of project management, engineering and subcontracting management
• Technical background knowledge is required
• Experience with project management tools
• Initial user knowledge with SAP and Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English, at least C1 level
• Unrestricted work permit for the EU and English CV required (no student visa)
• Willingness to travel a maximum of 2 times a year for up to 4 days
