Jobbeschreibung

The Project Manager Business Development will report directly to the Head of Development Project Management and will be part of the Business Development and M&A team in Germany.

• Taking the whole responsibility of a pipeline of projects under development (green field / brown field / repowering / cooperations) till the achievement of the permit in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG)
• Acting as the focal point of contact for authorities, municipalities, landowners, utilities, partners and other stakeholders.
• You manage external experts - for example for noise, shadow flicker, site suitability, nature and species protection as well as support planning procedures
• Preparing reports, analysis, applications and valuation to monitor the status of the projects
• Defining and monitoring the timeline for project permittingElaborating business plan for such projects including Development Expenses (DEVEX) and other assumptions in coordination with other departments
• Interacting with other functions (i.e. engineering, legal, construction) for the implementation of the projects
• Being part of an international group with headquarter in Italy and different branches overall Europe

Bachelor in engineering, renewable energies or similar.

Work Experience:

Previous experience in project management for at least 3y in wind onshore and/ or PV in Germany.

Languages:

• German (native speaker / business fluent)
• English (native speaker/ business fluent)

Know-How & Managerial Skills:

In-depth knowledge of the economic and legal framework for the wind energy sector such as BImSchG, BNatSchG, BauGB, EEG, TA Lärm, WindBG, etc.)

• Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of social competence.
• Technical skills (wind, feasibility analysis, layout) will be a plus
• High Motivation to work in an international team and being involved in a dynamic and growing environment
