Country Manager PV & Wind – Renewable Energy Projects (Germany)

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the end-to-end development of solar and wind energy projects across Germany. This role involves managing a team of engineers and project developers, ensuring smooth coordination with key stakeholders, and driving projects from initial concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the development of solar and wind energy projects across various regions in Germany.
• Manage and guide a team of project development engineers and managers, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with company goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, local authorities, utilities, and key industry stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with landowners, grid operators, public entities, and advisors to facilitate project development.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project development, origination, and permitting of renewable energy projects.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
