Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency
• Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
• Document requirements in details as user stories using Gherkin Syntax

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst in a technology or related field
• Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodology
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an international, distributed team and resolve potential issues and challenges that come with remote work.
