YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You provide guidance and oversight to construction projects spanning corporate and franchise borders, ensuring they're executed flawlessly.
• Teaming up with local construction squads, harmonizing efforts to meet company standards and hit ambitious goals is also in your responsibility.
• You keep a vigilant eye on project timelines and budgets, ensuring smooth sailing from start to finish.
• You like to act as a mentor to our construction team to support other colleagues.
• Ensuring our projects are not just built, but crafted to perfection, meeting our design expectations and quality benchmarks every step of the way is also among your tasks.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: You have proven experience in Project Management, e.g. in Architecture, Construction or Strategic Project Management, ideally in an international context.
• Soft skills: Your organizational and communicative abilities allow you to easily navigate complex projects with a structured approach.
• Aesthetic sense: With a keen eye for design and quality, you describe yourself as creative and you thrive on bringing ideas to life.
• Stakeholder management: With your self-confidence, you negotiate easily with business partners from different hierarchical levels and cultures.
• Tools: You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and strong in visualizing complex projects.
• Languages: You can communicate fluently in both German and English.
