Project Manager Application Management (f / m / d)

M3B GmbH consolidates the event and marketing expertise of the MESSE BREMEN brands, including:

• ÖVB-Arena
• GROSSMARKT BREMEN
• Bremer Ratskeller - wine trade since 1405

They organize around 125 in-house and guest events annually, enliven the city's neighborhoods with 8 special markets and 36 weekly markets, operate the fresh produce center in Überseestadt, offer guided tours of the UNESCO World Heritage Site historic wine cellar of Bremen City Hall, and provide a wide selection of German wines beyond Bremen.

For its central IT & Application Management units, M3B is seeking to fill a vacancy for a Project Manager Application Management (f / m / d) on a full-time basis. The role involves managing the event management software "momentus" (SaaS) and the ticketing software "ADITUS," reporting to the IT team leader.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring continuous operation of momentus and ADITUS software, including interfaces to ERP and mailing systems
• Technical management of team members and employees
• Managing decentralized administrators and coordinating key users
• Developing applications further, optimizing, and integrating related processes
• Serving as interface to event management teams and providing direct advisory support
• On-site support during events, ensuring smooth processes, organizing internal events and training, and managing support levels
• Collaborating on other applications and their interfaces, including payment integrations with financial accounting

Qualifications you bring:

• A relevant degree or completed commercial apprenticeship with additional qualifications in CRM and ERP systems or process management
• Several years of experience in comparable roles, preferably in the event industry
• Strong IT comprehension and affinity
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, open nature, teamwork ability, confident and friendly demeanor
• Proficiency in German and English, MS Office, and knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
• Willingness to work flexibly before and during events
